The story
A member of the Shattered Hand, a group of more... subtle fighters, was watching Tiragarde Keep from a distance. Her reports suddenly stopped coming in. I doubt the humans would have caught her, so I'm concerned something more dangerous is at play. See if you can find her. Hopefully the messages are just delayed.
What it asks
Find Heglan Shadeeye north of Tiragarde Keep.
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
