The story
<The preparations for a hastily-assembled ritual are gathered unceremoniously on the altar. According to the scrap of note, everything has been gathered. All that's missing are the offering of blood and the Tortured Soul. The undead around you look tortured enough. They may have what you seek.>
What it asks
Collect a Tortured Soul from the nearby undead in Beren's Peril in Silverpine Forest.

A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
