The story

In Tarren Mill there is a weaponsmith known as Ott. By all accounts he is an unremarkable smith, selling simple blades to travelers. I purchased a sword from him myself, and when I took it to the undercity for maintenance some time later, the smiths there were surprised at its quality. They assumed it came from a well-known master smith, but no, it was just Ott. I'd like to give this orc a chance to do something truly special. Take the materials to Ott in Tarren Mill and offer him the commission.

What it asks

Speak with Ott and ask him to forge your blade.
