The story
Almost there, and... By the Nether! Something is still disrupting my instruments. This is most frustrating, <name>. I have heard rumors that the local bandits have been practicing spells near Stone Cairn Lake. Maybe if you stop them, these disruptions will finally cease and I can get some work done?
What it asks
Kill 6 Defias Rogue Wizards at Stone Cairn Lake, then return to Hamish Bergwort in the Tower of Azora.
It pays
