The story
So we need to recover the rest of the medallion? Finding Bodley's going to be a bit of a headache. He went back to Blackrock Mountain to attempt to re-enter Blackrock Spire and never came back. I'd suggest taking the goblin's ghost revealing device with you, as I fear the worst might have happened.
What it asks
Travel to Blackrock Mountain and use the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer to find Bodley near Blackrock Spire.
It pays

When you hand it in
I am so glad that you can see me. Finally someone to talk to! Will you help us, <name>? Help to undo the wrong that we perpetrated and put things to right? If it's true that you already have the Top Piece of Lord Valthalak's Amulet, then I think I can point you in the right direction to acquire the other two parts, reunite them and put an end to all of this. Oh, by the way, hello, my name is Bodley. Nice to meet you!
