The story
Our people cannot thank you enough, but I have no real use for this eye. I have heard of an old shaman in the Alterac mountains that has an eye for storm elemental magic. Perhaps he may be able to craft something for you.
What it asks
Deliver the Eye of the Tempest to Bath'rah the Windwatcher in Alterac Mountains.
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
