The story
Praise be to Elune, and to your Light, <name>. About this time, many of our order learn abilities reflecting their faith in Elune. If knowledge serves me, I believe the same holds true for your order also. When your business in Darnassus is complete, I would seek out one of your High Priests for further training.
What it asks
Speak to High Priest Rohan in Stormwind.
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
