The story
Ah, while you were gone a parchment came for you, <name>. Read it when you have time. If I'm not mistaken, it came from the rogue trainer Rwag. He would have words with you when you're ready.
What it asks
Read the Encrypted Parchment and speak to Rwag in the Valley of Trials.
You need
- Bring Encrypted Parchment (item page)
It pays
Money at level 60: 24c
When you hand it in
Now that you know where I'm holding up, I should let you know: the Shattered Hand's asked me to look out for you. They want me to train you and keep you informed of anything they might need. Even if you're not interested in helping them yet--which you'd be a fool not to be--I'll do what I can to train you... for a small fee. Come back to me anytime you think you're ready, and we'll see what you're ready to learn.
The chain

A quest of Classic: its texts come from the Classic database. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
