When you hand it in
Hello, <name>. I am Bishop DeLavey. No doubt if you're asking me about my business here in the keep then young Thomas has succeeded in requisitioning you to help our kingdom. He has always been adept at following my requests. I'm afraid I don't have time to elaborate much, so allow me to be blunt... and please, try to keep this from becoming common knowledge.
